We operate from the St Hilda's Business Centre in Whitby, where staff training, client issues and all financial issues are dealt with. We welcome anyone who would like to call in to discuss our services or to have an informal discussion about their own needs

Gary Marsay  

Office and Accounts Manager

Gary joined the company as an apprentice in 2007. He has since completed his NVQs in IT, Business and Admin, and Accountancy. Now working predominantly in a finance role, Gary handles Customer and Supplier invoices.

Amy-Jayne Daly

Office Administrator

Amy works alongside Gary. Her main role is to ensure that all Carers have the relevant paper work as well as assisting with wages, archiving and invoices.

 

Personnel Team

Our personnel team are on hand to deal with all staff paperwork and legislation.

Chrissie Butler 

Personnel Manager

As well as providing support in the respite centre, Chrissie is also the companies Personnel Manager, which involves completing staff performance appraisals, keeping staff records up to date, and ensuring all Carers are fully prepared before going out to provide care.

Amy Cockrem (Mandy’s sister)

Personnel Coordinator

Amy ensures that all staff are fully prepared for their job roles and they are able to deal with any staff queries or concerns. Regular appraisals are held to evaluate performances and to make sure the staff are happy and comfortable in their roles.
